Hi there! My name is Shrid Ambady. I’m an electrical engineer who graduated with a BS in ECE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2015, and an MS in ECE from Northeastern University in 2025. I’ve worked across a variety of industries for a decade designing PCBs and writing firmware for applications ranging from mass spectrometers to lidar systems, but finally made the leap into analog IC design with a focus on silicon photonics. My dream is to design high-speed ADCs. My nightmare is to design high-speed ADCs.

My personal interests include screenwriting, travelling, and seeing live music. My favorite musicians are OutKast. My favorite movie is the Shawshank Redemption. My favorite shows are Adventure Time and Mad Men.
